Support Closet

Provides baby and maternity essentials, such as clothing diapers, wipes, formula, and all the things you could need for a new baby! This is donation based, so we appreciate contributions to the closet as well.

There is no cost for support closet services!

MM’s Lending Library

Some items we need for a short amount of time. Other times, we need items that are expensive. MM’s Lending Library has several items such as birth balls, breast pumps, books, and more. Just check it out, take it home, and bring it back when your loan is up!

Lactation Counseling

Breastfeeding can be challenging, but it should never be painful. If you are experiencing any pain or need support during your breastfeeding journey, our counselors are here to help! Can also provide flange sizing and pump assistant

Education Classes

Monthly, we offer educational series on a everything from sexual health, nutrition, pelvic floor health, and general meet ups for moms in the area! All classes are free.

About the Support Closet

  • Our closet is open Fridays from 3:30-4:30 PM. You just show up and choose the items you need. We want you to feel like you are shopping, so it is set up in a boutique-style experience. Our volunteers will make sure you have what you need. The closet is donation-based, so we may not have some items you are looking for “in stock”.

    There are limits on the number of items you can take in one day; such as one pack of diapers and wipers per child under three, and one canister of formula.

  • The support closet is donation based, so we greatly appreciate you choosing us with your donations! We accept:

    clean, unstained clothing up to 3T, diapers in sealed sleeves, unexpired formula and purees, baby gear such as monitors and bottle warmers, strollers, etc.

    Donations can be dropped off at

    The Closet during open hours at 511 McCormick Blvd, Clifton Forge VA OR

    Four Moons Designs during their open hours at 419 E Ridgeway Street Clifton Forge VA.

    All donations are tax deductible and we offer receipts.

  • The support closet is located on the second floor at 511 McCormick Blvd, Clifton Forge, VA 24422. You can park on the street in front, or the back parking lot off Pine Street. We have signage outside on Fridays to guide you.
